Send Your Order Request
Open the cart, check your list, then send the request to our team. Sending needs a free buyer account (email + OTP, or Google sign-in) — your request lands in our system instantly as an Inquiry.
NoteNo payment happens here — a request is just a request until the PI is issued.

We Confirm Stock, Freight & Documents
Our export team reviews your request, confirms availability and the best freight rate for your destination airport (IATA), then follows up by WhatsApp or email.

Your Proforma Invoice (PI) Is Issued
Once we agree on the deal, your inquiry is converted into an official Order and a Proforma Invoice is locked with the final breakdown: goods, freight and documentation fees.

Payment by Telegraphic Transfer (T/T)
Pay the locked PI amount in advance — only T/T is accepted, no drafts or personal cheques. Send your transfer receipt and our team confirms it, moving the order to quarantine.

Quarantine, Packing & Shipment
Fish undergo mandatory quarantine at our certified facility while we prepare Health Certificate, CITES permit (if applicable) and Packing List — then pack to IATA standard and ship by air freight.
DOA GuaranteeReport any loss within 24 hours with photos for an adjusted invoice. Track the flight anytime with your Order ID.

Our team confirms stock and the best freight rate, then issues a Proforma Invoice (PI) with the final breakdown.

Pay the locked PI in advance by Telegraphic Transfer (T/T). Your order then moves to quarantine and documentation.

Once departed, the Air Waybill (AWB) is published — track your shipment anytime, or follow your inquiry status by email.
PAYMENT
Advance payment by telegraphic transfer — the amount is set by the Proforma Invoice locked in your order page.
- Advance payment before shipment is required. The exact amount is set by the Proforma Invoice (PI) issued in your buyer portal.
- Payment opens only after the PI is locked — the payment step and bank details appear right on your order page.
- Payments are not accepted by banker draft or personal checks, and only acceptable by Telegraphic Transfer (T/T).
- Payment terms are FOB: the invoice consists of freight charges, cost of goods, packaging cost & documentation charges.
- Send your T/T receipt by email or WhatsApp — our team confirms it and your order moves straight to quarantine.
Packing Detail
To ensure that our beloved fish are secure and arrive in perfect condition, our packing bags and boxes are designed specifically and also based on IATA standard (International Air Transport Association).
- Our plastic bags are made of high quality Polyethylene / PE plastics.
- Our boxes are thick Styrofoam boxes which will also be covered with cardboard boxes.
- Since we understand that our customers have different box preferences, we provide 3 dimensions of the box :
Medium box
75 x 42 x 32cm, 6 bags/box 20-22 kgs
for best condition of fish.
Small box
60 x 44 x 31cm, 4-5 bags/box 17-18 kgs
economic easy to handle box.
Packaging details all depend on type of the fish and flight time to destination
DEATH ON ARRIVAL (DOA)
Customers should not be worried, since according to our experience, our Death On Arrival (DOA) rate is below 1.5% in average.
- However, if there is any mortality by the time the shipment arrived, do not worry, we will be responsible for it as long as the customer report it to us and provide some pictures within 24 hours after arrival.
- We will send the adjusted invoice immediately after the customer report the DOA to us.
